Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Product Engineering Technician  for a great opportunity in the Fort Worth Alliance area! This position is ideal for someone with a background in electronics manufacturing who enjoys troubleshooting, working with production teams, and supporting engineering projects.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Engineering Technician, you’ll serve as a key connection between the engineering team and the production floor. You’ll help keep production running efficiently, troubleshoot process issues, monitor equipment and production data, and assist engineers with testing and process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor production lines and ensure equipment and process settings remain within required specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, machine alarms, and process deviations to help minimize downtime.
• Identify minor issues and make appropriate adjustments while escalating larger or more complex problems to the engineering team.
• Collect production data and assist with basic statistical analysis to monitor quality, yield, and production trends.
• Support engineers with testing, pilot runs, and Design of Experiments (DOE) for new products and processes.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide feedback when procedures could be improved.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and quality.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing; experience in an engineering or ODM manufacturing environment is preferred.
• An Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, but not required.
• Candidates with a High School Diploma and equivalent technical experience will also be considered.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both an engineering and production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize process or quality issues quickly.
• Chinese or Spanish language skills are a plus for cross-regional communication.
