Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Material Handler I to join a manufacturing team in the Fort Worth Alliance area. This position is a great fit for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

The Material Handler will help keep materials moving where they need to go while maintaining an organized and safe work area.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Use pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as needed
• Prepare, pack, label, and organize materials for shipment
• Move materials to the appropriate production areas
• Stock and organize materials to keep inventory easily accessible
• Help track inventory and maintain accurate records
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Work closely with the production team to keep materials flowing efficiently
• Follow all safety and handling procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience is a plus
• Comfortable using basic computer systems, scanners, or inventory equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and able to work well with a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, bend, walk, and move throughout the workday

 

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and may involve moderate noise, machinery, and various tools. The role requires someone who is comfortable being on their feet and staying active throughout the shift.
