Senior Accounting & Production Manager, Central Illinois Manufacturer

Full-time | Central Illinois | Up to $110,000, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Oversee hands-on accounting and work directly with production
• Own financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Manage inventory and general accounting
• Support production planning and operational improvements
• Work with leadership on costs, processes, and performance

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Strong command of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Manufacturing, cost accounting, or production experience (preferred)
• Comfort working with operations and production teams
• An analytical, hands-on, ownership mindset
