A Springfield accounting firm with 20+ professionals has grown steadily for a decade, and it needs another accountant. You'd serve Central Illinois clients and learn the work alongside an Accounting Manager. The firm offers generous retirement contributions, a stock option plan, and a flexible office.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with an Accounting Manager on client engagements
• Handle general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Manage payroll tax and bank reconciliations
• Assist with tax preparation
• Support Central Illinois clients with accounting and tax needs

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Prior accounting experience
• A people-first approach and a commitment to great client service
• Organization and efficiency in a busy season
