What You’ll Do

• Manufacturability review — Evaluate customer designs and recommend improvements to streamline production.
• Drawing interpretation — Review customer drawings and determine how to manufacture parts within company capabilities.
• Customer communication — Provide timely quotes, technical guidance, and clear communication throughout the process.
• Process improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow.
• Production support — Assist the production floor with engineering questions and problem-solving.
• Quality collaboration — Partner with the quality team to address issues and strengthen manufacturability.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• SolidWorks or 3D modeling experience.
• Team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate and report to a lead engineer or supervisor.
