Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in producing quality products while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the production process. Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment after receiving proper training and certification.
• Follow job travelers, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Obtain first-piece approval before beginning production runs.
• Perform inspections using calibrated measuring equipment according to part drawings and proof plans.
• Maintain accurate production counts throughout all operations.
• Properly identify and document work-in-progress and inspection status.
• Conduct final inspections and authorize product release.
• Record Statistical Process Control (SPC) data as required.
• Accurately enter production information into the company's integrated computer system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

QualificationsPreferred

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous sewing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous production assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and use both standard and metric tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to remain alert and focused in a safety-sensitive work environment.
