Production Worker / Machine Operator

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour and up, based on experience

Job Type: Full-Time,

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Summary

As a Production Worker/Machine Operator, you will support the manufacturing process of powder coating products by operating equipment, handling raw materials, performing quality checks, and assisting with production activities throughout the facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support production activities in the manufacturing of powder coatings
• Read and follow production formulas, instructions, and work orders
• Load raw materials into manufacturing equipment
• Operate machinery such as grinders, mixers, and extruders
• Perform visual inspections of products for color and quality standards
• Conduct quality control testing and evaluations
• Package, label, and sort finished products
• Assist with pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Basic math skills
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Powder coating experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas
