Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-Hire

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Production/Warehouse Laborer to join a growing team in Bethel Park. This position will assist with the production of compost filter sock products in a warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role involving production, material handling, shipping, inventory, and general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the production and assembly of compost filter sock products
• Prepare materials and equipment for daily production
• Palletize finished products and prepare orders for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Assist with inventory control and maintaining accurate inventory
• Operate a forklift to move materials and products (forklift experience preferred)
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Assist with basic machinery maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Perform general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Participate in on-site training

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical, hands-on warehouse and production work
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials without assistance
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• No prior production experience required; training provided
