Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Assurance/Quality Control Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring outgoing orders meet quality and accuracy standards before shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable reading small print and specifications, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of products, packaging, and pallets to ensure quality standards are met.
• Review and verify customer orders for accuracy prior to shipment.
• Read and interpret labels, product specifications, and fine-print documentation.
• Sort and organize pallets based on shipment and quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality checks.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, quality control, or quality assurance experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Ability to read and understand detailed labels, specifications, and documentation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to read fine print on labels, packaging, and specification sheets.
