OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced Machinist to support manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering operations by fabricating custom components, repairing equipment, and producing precision parts. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, experience operating machine shop equipment, and the ability to work independently in a production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fabricate custom components, replacement parts, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
Operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machine shop equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, samples, and verbal specifications to produce precision parts.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on design and process improvements.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment.
Manage tooling, supplies, and spare parts inventory.
Perform routine maintenance on machine shop equipment.
Apply mathematical concepts and measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work overtime and perform additional duties as needed to support operations.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of machinist or related manufacturing experience.
Experience operating CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Proficient with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and comparators.
Strong industrial math and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to wear required PPE and safely perform physical job duties.
