Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Drug Testing TPA Coordinator to manage workplace drug and alcohol testing programs for DOT and non-DOT clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact between employers, collection sites, laboratories, and Medical Review Officers (MROs), ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional customer service throughout the testing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain client accounts within TPA software systems
  • Manage random drug testing pools and generate compliance reports
  • Coordinate and schedule all testing types, including:
  • Pre-employment
  • Random
  • Post-accident
  • Reasonable suspicion
  • Return-to-duty
  • Follow-up testing
  • Monitor Chain of Custody Forms (CCFs) and ensure accurate documentation
  • Process laboratory results and manage MRO workflows
  • Assist clients with DOT Clearinghouse-related inquiries and reporting
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, collection sites, and laboratories
  • Troubleshoot scheduling issues, missing documentation, and compliance concerns
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and records

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), occupational health, human resources, or related environment
  • Experience with workplace drug and alcohol testing programs preferred
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and 49 CFR Part 40 guidelines highly preferred
  • Experience using TPA software platforms such as eScreen, FormFox, i3screen, or similar systems
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and recordkeeping skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet compliance deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
