Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a company in Belton, TX for a TPA Collection Network Manager. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a network of drug and alcohol testing collection sites while ensuring compliance, quality service, and operational efficiency. Occasional travel may be required using a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Network Management & Development

  • Recruit and onboard new collection sites, occupational health clinics, urgent care facilities, and independent collectors.
  • Identify and close geographic coverage gaps within the collection network.
  • Negotiate service agreements and pricing with network providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for network partners regarding operational issues and billing concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with collection site vendors.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure collection sites comply with DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to collection procedures, chain of custody documentation, specimen handling, and alcohol testing protocols.
  • Investigate collection errors and work with providers to implement corrective actions.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate provider and clinic information within internal databases.
  • Track and analyze provider performance metrics, including turnaround times, accuracy, and customer service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and technology teams to improve processes and implement electronic testing platforms.
  • Support client service needs by ensuring reliable access to testing services across the network.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in network management, vendor management, operations, occupational health, drug testing administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations preferred.
  • Experience working with Third-Party Administrators (TPA), Medical Review Officers (MRO), occupational health clinics, or similar environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current or previous CSAPA certification, DOT collector certification, or BAT certification is a plus.
