Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable, on-call workers to support local clients with landscaping projects and snow removal during peak demand. This role is perfect for individuals who stay ready, respond quickly, and enjoy active, outdoor work. Wage for this position is $18/hr.
Perform general landscaping tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, raking, and debris cleanup
Assist with planting, mulching, and seasonal yard maintenance
Complete snow removal duties including shoveling, salting, and operating snow blowers
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
Respond to on-call assignments promptly and professionally
Operate basic tools and equipment safely
Work effectively as part of a crew or independently depending on assignment
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Comfortable working in heat, cold, snow, and varying weather
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to jump in when needed
Previous landscaping or snow removal experience preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is a must
Must be dependable and reachable for on-call shifts
