A local realty company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Hours may vary based on building needs

Pay

• DOE $17.00 and Up 

Job Requirements

• General knowledge of hand and power tools
• Carpentry skills
• Light plumbing experience
• Light electrical experience
• Physically able to perform maintenance duties
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Clean background
• Ability to pass a drug screen
