NOW HIRING: MANUFACTURING MACHINE OPERATOR

We’re looking for a mechanically inclined team member to help keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot equipment, assist with product changeovers, and support feeders and packers in meeting production and quality goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and adjust equipment for efficient operation.
• Assist with product changeovers and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Replace components, such as belts, and perform routine equipment upkeep.
• Keep tape machines operating properly and clear jams.
• Help train feeders and packers on efficient work methods.
• Coordinate with material handlers to keep production supplies stocked.
• Record scrap, downtime, and production information in SAP, MII, and required forms.
• Communicate equipment and production issues to supervisors and other shifts.
• Help maintain parts inventory and develop work instructions.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school education preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience, or experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment with at least 6 months of machine operator experience.
• Paper packaging manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow safety, quality, and equipment instructions.
• Basic math skills and clear communication.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Work in a manufacturing facility with seasonal temperature and humidity changes.
• Stand for extended periods and frequently reach, bend, stoop, and twist.
• Occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, push or pull objects, and use stairs.
• Perform repetitive hand movements and visually inspect products and equipment.
• Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed shoes.
