Sales Assistant

Located in Roseville, MI

Salary: $24.04

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the estimator with daily estimating, sales, and administrative tasks.
• Research previous customer orders, pricing, specifications, quotes, and completed jobs.
• Locate past quotes and jobs to provide references when preparing new estimates.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to gather missing information or clarify details.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in the company’s ERP/internal systems.
• Assist with tracking multiple customers, jobs, quotes, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Comfortable working with computers, ERP systems, printers, and scanners.
• Previous Project Management experience is highly transferable to this role.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

·         Pay: $24.04 per hour

·         Monday-Friday : 6am-4pm

·         Roseville, Michigan
