We are seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of culinary and food preparation experience and be comfortable working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef specifications
• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and portion food items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff during service as needed
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of prepared items

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Prep Cook in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
