Salary: $21/hr

We are seeking a Packer for a manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This is an entry-level opportunity responsible for packaging products while ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into cases, cartons, trays, and other packaging.
• Inspect products, containers, labels, and packaging for visible defects or damage.
• Assemble boxes and trays and keep packaging materials stocked at the production line.
• Assist with case packing, labeling, palletizing, line changeovers, and other production activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report product, packaging, quality, or equipment concerns to a supervisor.
• Work with production and warehouse team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to routinely handle approximately 25 lbs. of flat boxes and lift and carry up to 45 lbs.

The hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM with weekly overtime available. The pay rate is $21/hr.
