Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Morgantown-area opportunity. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who can troubleshoot issues, perform general upkeep, and keep units operating safely and efficiently.
Perform general building and unit maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair appliance issues
Handle minor plumbing repairs
Assist with minor electrical repairs
Perform maintenance on hot water tanks and boilers
Complete general upkeep and repairs as needed
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
Provide on-call availability as needed
Valid driver's license required
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
No certifications required
Comfortable working with basic hand and power tools
Work clothes and work boots required
Bringing your own tools is helpful
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
½-hour unpaid lunch
$20.00 per hour
Possibility of on-call availability as needed
