A respected nonprofit organization in Fort Myers is hiring a Program Distribution Specialist to help coordinate food orders, inventory, deliveries, and community distribution programs.

 

If you're organized, detail-oriented, good with computers, and enjoy helping people, this could be a great fit!

 

What You'll Be Doing: (other job duties may be required if needed)

• Process orders, invoices, and inventory using computer systems
• Coordinate food orders and deliveries to community partners
• Prepare shipping and distribution paperwork
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with partner agencies, staff, volunteers, and the community
• Help keep daily distribution programs running smoothly
• Assist with special projects and other department needs

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, inventory, order processing, customer service, nonprofit, or a related field
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
