- Warehouse Specialist II: $22.50-$24.50/hr DOE
- Warehouse Specialist III: $24.50-$25.96/hr DOE
Warehouse Specialist I
The Warehouse Specialist I is an entry-level warehouse position responsible for inventory handling, material movement, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate inventory records while following established company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Read pick lists and pull inventory from designated locations
- Execute product issuance and inventory moves in ERP systems
- Mark parts according to specifications
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips
- Inspect products for damage or defects
- Enter and update inventory data
- Prepare accurate orders for shipment
- Load and unload deliveries
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory
- Transport materials throughout the facility
- Wrap, unwrap, label, and prepare pallets
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Warehouse Specialist II
The Warehouse Specialist II is an experienced warehouse professional responsible for inventory control, warehouse operations, ERP transactions, employee support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all Warehouse Specialist I duties
- Prioritize workload and assist with task delegation
- Package products to ATA 300 specifications
- Maintain ERP system inventory accuracy
- Monitor shelf-life controlled materials
- Manage shortages and exception reports using ERP systems and Excel
- Verify documentation required for product certification
- Support engineering change activities through part control processes
- Resolve inventory discrepancies
- Assist in training and coaching Warehouse Specialist I employees
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain warehouse organization and efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and inventory control experience
- Forklift certification and material handling experience
- ERP experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Continuous improvement mindset
Warehouse Specialist III
The Warehouse Specialist III serves as a senior member of the warehouse team, providing leadership, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with aerospace requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all Warehouse Specialist I and II duties
- Assign, prioritize, and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Coach and mentor Warehouse Specialists I and II
- Run operational reports and generate warehouse work orders
- Ensure proper execution of ERP inventory transactions
- Troubleshoot inventory and system discrepancies
- Oversee warehouse supplies and replenishment needs
- Ensure compliance with ATA 300 packaging requirements
- Improve warehouse layouts and workflow efficiency
- Monitor shelf-life materials and certification documentation
- Troubleshoot warehouse equipment such as scanners and printers
- Oversee waste removal and dunnage management
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Extensive warehouse, inventory, and logistics experience
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Advanced ERP and inventory management skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience training and developing employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
Requirements for All Levels
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Normal hearing and vision required for safe work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Commitment to workplace safety
