Concessions Manager (Part-Time with Growth Opportunity)

We're looking for an energetic and dependable Concessions Manager to lead daily concession operations at a local entertainment and event venue. Starting as a flexible part-time position (20-25 hours per week), this role is designed to expand into additional hours and responsibilities as operations grow.

Pay: $17-$18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday with weekends as needed for events

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily concession operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, ordering, stocking, and product rotation
• Train, schedule, and support concession staff
• Handle cash management, sales reconciliation, and reporting
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health compliance standards
• Assist with event planning and preparation to ensure smooth service during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and work independently
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Experience in food service, concessions, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends during events
