Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

A waste management company in Los Angeles, CA 90023 is seeking a reliable and organized Customer Experience Coordinator to support daily customer service and scheduling needs. This position will coordinate service requests, communicate with Sales and Operations, manage weekly service schedules, and maintain required paperwork and records. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

 

Customer Experience Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers, Sales, Operations, and the Customer Experience Manager.
• Manage weekly scheduling of service orders.
• Prepare and track required paperwork.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer needs.
• File documents and maintain organized records.
• Create certificates and complete required checklists.
• Follow up on service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Customer Experience Coordinator Requirements:

• 3-5 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with schedules, paperwork, and tracking systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Professional phone and customer service skills.
