7:00am-3:30pm / Monday-Friday

A private school in Santa Monica is seeking a temporary IT Help Desk Support professional to assist staff, students, and families with their technology needs. The ideal candidate has IT support experience and will assist with maintaining email accounts, setting up devices, troubleshooting technology, and supporting Audio Visual equipment.

IT Help Desk Support Responsibilities:

• Assist staff, students, and families with email account setup and maintenance.
• Support device setup, account creation, and maintenance.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support.
• Assist with the school’s Audio Visual equipment.
• Support staff and students with technology-related questions and issues.
• Assist with other IT and technology needs as they arise.

IT Help Desk Support Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with and assist staff, students, and families.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be available for the duration of the IT project.
