Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Monday – Friday (No weekends, enjoy your afternoons off!)

You will be joining an elite, close-knit 4-person fabrication crew in a facility that is bright, organized, and focused on building top-tier, custom luxury recreational vehicles.

What You’ll Do

• Perform clean, high-precision production MIG welding on specialized vehicle chassis and components.

• Consistently lay smooth, structurally sound welds meeting high cosmetic standards.

• Read and interpret shop blueprints to verify weld points, joint designs, and build specifications.

• Measure and inspect materials down to accurate 1/16-inch increments using standard shop measurement tools.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate smoothly with your welding teammates.
