Human Resource Site Representative

Located in Lafayette, LA

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting a Human Resources Site Representative.  The HR Representative will be the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns at job sites.  The role will include:

• Managing employee concerns, investigation of complaints and policy violations
• Coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations
• Manage all onboarding activities (I-9, E-Verify, payroll and benefit forms)
• Collect and Submit Personnel documents to HR department
• Manage all employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Partner with Safety Personnel to ensure required employee documentation is maintained
• Act as liaison between field operations and corporate HR
• Report staffing concerns, employee trends, and potential compliance risks
• Perform other duties as assigned
