We are looking for a motivated and personable Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, support hiring initiatives, and help attract top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate follow-up, offers, and onboarding.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruiting priorities.

• Manage recruiting projects and initiatives from planning through completion.

• Coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and recruiting priorities simultaneously.

• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS.

• Attend career fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting events.

• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 1–2 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.

• Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple initiatives.

• Experience with ADP or another ATS/HRIS.

• Strong communication, networking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruiting data.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with diverse candidates.
