We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Process customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate shipments through FedEx, UPS, and other common carriers.
Prepare and process Bills of Lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.
Assist with inventory management, receiving, packing, and shipping.
Track shipments and resolve shipping or order issues.
Enter and maintain accurate order and inventory information.
Assist with e-commerce orders and general warehouse operations.
Warehouse, shipping, logistics, or customer service experience.
Experience with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
Familiarity with Bills of Lading and inventory management.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Amazon, eBay, or other e-commerce experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
