Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
On-Call: Availability for after-hours emergencies as needed

What You'll Do:

• Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation
• Maintain common areas and grounds
• Respond to resident maintenance requests
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming community

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical work and lift as needed
• Maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related experience is preferred, but not required
