Job Overview

No call center experience? No problem — training is provided.

In this role, you'll make outbound calls to people who previously applied or expressed interest in attending one of our schools but never enrolled.

You'll be trained on exactly what to say, how to guide the conversation, and how to handle common questions and objections.

These are quick, high-volume calls. Your job is to connect with prospective students, find out if they're still interested in going back to school, work through initial objections using provided rebuttals, and ultimately transfer interested students to the Admissions team to continue the conversation.

This role is a great fit for someone who is energetic, doesn't take rejection personally, and is motivated by goals and seeing their numbers improve.

What You'll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day

• Contact people who previously applied or expressed interest in attending school

• Follow provided scripts and talking points

• Ask questions to determine the student's current interest

• Learn how to confidently handle common objections and use rebuttals

• Keep conversations moving and transfer interested students to Admissions

• Work toward daily goals for calls, conversations, and transfers

• Take coaching and feedback to continuously improve your performance

• Bring positive energy to each call — even after hearing "no"

• Comfortable following scripts and learning rebuttals

• Dependable with strong attendance

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Available for an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Previous sales or call center experience is welcome, but it is absolutely not required. If you have the right attitude, energy, availability, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Pay & Opportunity
