Location: Morristown, TN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay: $15.00-$18.00/hour, depending on experience

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Forklift Driver / Warehouse Associate for a local Morristown company. This position combines warehouse operations, forklift driving, inventory handling, and customer service. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with customers who visit the warehouse to purchase batteries and related products.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and store products
• Receive and organize incoming shipments
• Prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery
• Assist walk-in customers with battery purchases and product selection
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
• Inspect products and report inventory discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
