We are seeking a dedicated Production Line Worker and Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations while developing technical skills in machining and equipment operation.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour (plus 4% vacation pay)
Available Shifts:
- Days - 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Afternoon - 3:00pm - 11:30pm
- Night - 11:00pm - 7:30am
(Must be flexible to work all 3 shifts)
Duties
- Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
- Assist with assembly of products when required
- Engage in machining, assembly, packaging, and quality control activities to meet production standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any assembly issues promptly
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection procedures..
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production or machining environments preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to safety standards.
