Responsibilities

• Visit assigned businesses according to a provided schedule.
• Observe customer service, cleanliness, product availability, and overall customer experience.
• Complete detailed reports documenting findings and observations.
• Follow all project guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Maintain professionalism during all assignments.
• Submit reports accurately and within required deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be between 21 and 25 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel to multiple local business locations.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or computer to complete reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
