Production / Manufacturing Worker

Pay: $17.50/hour to start
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are hiring 2 dependable Production Workers to join a local manufacturing team. These positions offer a four-day workweek and the potential to be hired on permanently by the client for the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Work primarily on the paint line

• Assist with painting, laminating, and production of panels

• Work in different areas of the plant as needed

• Rotate between the paint line, plant floor, and TFL panel production

• Follow safety and production procedures

• Perform physical, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Schedule

Tuesday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Four 10-hour shifts

• 30-minute paid lunch

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work a full 10-hour shift

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

• Must meet Oregon background screening requirements
