Analyst Support Specialist

Pay Range: $42,000 – $46,000 / year ($20.19 – $22.11 / hr)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | One Saturday per month

Location: On-Site (Ocala, FL) — Phone, email, and computer-based work (no in-person customer contact)

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Analyst Support Specialist to support our financing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in moving deals seamlessly from approval through funding. You will handle lender submissions, approval notifications, required stipulations, contract/document flow, funding confirmations, and ongoing communication with dealerships and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Pipeline Management: Manage multiple files simultaneously, keeping deals moving efficiently from approval to final funding.

• Lender & Document Workflow: Process lender submissions, track approval notifications, collect required stipulations, and oversee contract flow for accuracy and timely execution.

• Funding & Communication: Confirm fundings and maintain clear, professional communication with dealerships, customers, lending partners, and internal teams via phone, email, and text.

• Proactive Follow-Up: Anticipate needs and solve potential roadblocks independently to keep files progressing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Work History: Demonstrated longevity and stability in past employment.

• Computer Proficiency: Strong overall tech skills (macOS experience is required and MS Office).

• Customer Service & Communication: Exceptional phone, email, and text communication skills with a professional, personable, and customer-focused attitude. Must be detailed oriented and great with multitasking as you will be handling multiple accounts at the same time. 

• Core Abilities: High attention to detail, proactive ownership, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Experience: Background in Salesforce/CRMs, lending, automotive/trailer financing, dealership operations, or financial services. Strong transferable skills are highly welcome!

• Must pass a national background check. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $42,000 – $46,000 per year
