Temporary Crew Manager

Located in Klamath Falls, OR

Salary: $18.25/hr.

Temporary Youth Program Support

Monday–Thursday | Temporary through November 20, 2026

A local nonprofit is looking for a dependable, caring individual to support a program serving young adults.

This is a hands-on position with a mix of working directly with young men, campground cleanup, transportation, and basic documentation. The right person will be comfortable building positive relationships while also handling practical day-to-day responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with young adult men in a supportive program environment

• Help clean and maintain campground areas

• Provide transportation as needed

• Complete basic case notes and documentation

• Use Google Forms on a phone to document activities and services

• Communicate with program staff and participants

• Help with other day-to-day program needs

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with young adults is strongly preferred

• Experience in youth programs, social services, mentoring, case management, or similar work is a plus

• Someone dependable, patient, respectful, and comfortable working with people from different backgrounds

• Comfortable completing basic documentation using a smartphone

• Willing and able to perform outdoor and physical work

• Good communication skills

• Valid driver's license required

Requirements:

• No specific degree or certification required

• Must pass a background check

• Must pass a drug screening

• Valid driver's license

Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Position Ends: November 20, 2026
