We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Ag Diesel Technician / Mechanic to join our growing team. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, repairing equipment, and working with modern agricultural technology, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair tractors, combines, balers, swathers, and implements

• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and computerized systems

• Use modern diagnostic and precision-ag technology

• Perform both shop and field repairs

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of diesel repair experience

• 3+ years mechanical experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Agricultural equipment experience preferred

• Hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic experience a plus

• Personal tools/toolbox preferred

• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety
