A family-owned seasoning and spice company located in Pacoima, CA, is seeking a Bilingual Production Worker to join their growing production team. The company produces high-quality seasoning and spice products distributed through major supermarkets and meat markets across nine states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.

Summary: The Bilingual Production Worker will assist with the preparation, processing, and packaging of seasoning and spice products while following company recipes, production procedures, and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically fit, able to work effectively as part of a team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow production recipes and accurately measure ingredients using ounces, cups, pounds, and other measurements.
• Assist with weighing, mixing, preparing, and processing seasoning and spice products.
• Follow all production, safety, sanitation, and quality-control procedures.
• Read and follow basic written instructions in English.
• Complete basic production paperwork and documentation as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads.
• Work overtime when required, including occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous production, food manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and work on your feet for 6–8 hours.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Able to recognize and write basic numbers and letters and sign your name.
• Able to understand recipes and basic measurements, including ounces, cups, and pounds.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when production needs require it.
