We are currently hiring reliable and motivated Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Ringtown, PA. This is a full-time night shift opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule

Sunday through Wednesday 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble products on a manufacturing line
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare materials for production and assist with material handling
• Machine products for hardware installation and assembly
• Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Perform other general warehouse and production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred
• Experience with woodworking, windows, doors, cabinets, millwork, or building materials is a plus
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
