Fulfillment Equipment Technician 

Peachtree City, GA  |  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM  |  $20-$22 per hour 

 

Position Overview 

The Fulfillment Equipment Technician supports the Fulfillment Department by monitoring and servicing equipment, diagnosing system issues, troubleshooting equipment, running calibration tests, completing required reports, and supporting the fulfillment of customer orders in coordination with internal stakeholders. This role combines technical equipment support with quality control, order preparation, and shipping responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform required equipment tests and validations and accurately document results. 

• Monitor and service equipment and assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting system or equipment issues. 

• Run calibration tests and complete required reports and documentation. 

• Compile study materials for clinical research activities. 

• Package and label equipment accurately prior to shipment. 

• Pick customer orders and equipment according to fulfillment requirements. 

• Ensure appropriate quality-control checks are completed and properly documented. 

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. 

• Prepare domestic U.S. shipments as required. 

• Maintain organized equipment, materials, documentation, and work areas while following established quality and fulfillment procedures. 

Qualifications & Skills 

• Experience with equipment testing, troubleshooting, calibration, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related technical environment preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing, validation, quality-control, and documentation procedures. 

• Ability to accurately pick, package, label, and prepare equipment for shipment. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Comfortable working with internal teams to meet customer-order requirements and deadlines. 

• Dependable and able to manage technical and fulfillment responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Basic computer and reporting skills with the ability to learn company systems and procedures. 

Schedule, Location & Compensation 

Location: Peachtree City, Georgia 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 

Pay: $20-$22 per hour
