Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Occasional Overtime)

 

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a Fraser-based company that is focused on the development of state-of-the-art paint and coating products for the industrial and automotive markets. We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labor Associate to join their production team.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Manufacture and mix batches of industrial paints and coatings according to specifications
• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Operate filter pump equipment as part of the production process
• Assist with material handling, production support, and general warehouse duties
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

 

Requirements

 

• Previous experience in a chemical, paint, coating, or industrial manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• Must be punctual and dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn and follow established production processes
