We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in AP/AR, bookkeeping, and general accounting functions. Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Perform bookkeeping and general accounting duties
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Utilize QuickBooks to support daily accounting functions
• Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and account maintenance
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Support the team with various accounting and administrative duties as needed
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist wherever needed to support business operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Accounting Clerk, or Accounting Assistant roles
• QuickBooks experience required
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Dependable, responsible, and motivated professional
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
