Stamping Team Member

Located in Jamestown, IN

Salary: $18.74/HR

Job Summary:

• Unload steel parts directly from production machines, catching and removing parts as they come off the machine.
• Stack and organize parts onto carts, handling both small and larger/awkward pieces.
• Package finished parts into boxes as needed.
• Maintain a fast production pace, with some machines producing approximately 23 parts per minute.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including gloves, while continuously standing and handling steel parts.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30A-2:00P

Pay: $18.74/HR  

Qualifications: 

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and repeatedly handle up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and stacking motions quickly and consistently.
• Ability to handle parts of various sizes and shapes, including awkward or oversized pieces.
• Must be able to stand and work on your feet for a full 12-hour shift.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must be able to consistently wear required protective gloves and PPE when handling steel parts.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to maintain productivity while working at a fast pace.
