Lead fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations. 

Ensure orders are completed accurately, on time, and in line with customer and quality requirements. 

Coach and develop warehouse and logistics team members while setting clear performance expectations. 

Build and improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and performance measures. 

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, service, and cost. 

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines. 

Work with quality and regulatory teams to support compliance and prepare for audits. 

Partner with senior leadership on staffing, technology, and long-term fulfillment plans. 

At least 10 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations. 

At least five years of leadership experience in a pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or similarly regulated environment. 

Experience leading warehouse teams and improving order accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery. 

Working knowledge of applicable GMP and GDP requirements. 

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

Confidence using inventory or supply chain systems and performance data to guide decisions. 

A willingness to be present on the warehouse floor and step into operational issues when needed. 

A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

Salary of $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience.
