Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Investment Liaison to join a local company in Tyler, TX!
We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the Advisors

• Manage client intake, gather required documentation, and ensure accurate onboarding

• Facilitate the seamless flow of information between clients, advisors, and internal teams

• Provide high-quality client service, addressing questions, scheduling meetings, and offering ongoing support

• Assist Advisors with the execution of investment strategies by preparing client files, updating records, and coordinating follow-ups

• Maintain strict confidentiality with financial and personal information

• Ensure all tasks are completed with precision, professionalism, and a high level of organization

• Support the team with administrative and client-service needs to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and client-focused

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial information

• Prior administrative, financial, or client-service experience is preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with office software, documentation, and scheduling tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism
