Customer Service Representative

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $22–$25/ per hour

An Edmonton client is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer communication and administrative operations.

Customer Service Representative Highlights:

• Manage daily customer communication through phone and email, handling approximately 8–10 customer interactions per day.
• Communicate with multinational and local oil and gas clients, with a strong focus on on-time delivery.
• Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls.
• Coordinate with the production team to support customer needs and ensure smooth order processes.
• Assist walk-in customers and maintain a professional office presence.
• Conduct occasional client visits, approximately 3–4 times per year.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems; training will be provided.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by gathering customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to generate sales and support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open and professional communication.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity.
• Follow company procedures, communication guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personable and customer-focused approach.
• Previous oil and gas industry experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and other internal teams.

Hours & Wage:

• Wage: $22–$25 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Employment Type: Contract with potential for permanent employment.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
