Call Center Representatives- 1st Shift

Salary: $17/hour

Call Center Representative Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing assistance and coordinating service needs.
• Schedule service appointments with local technicians based on customer requests and availability.
• Review service tickets for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality.
• Maintain clear and accurate customer and service information while handling multiple calls and scheduling needs.

Experience Required:

• 1+ year of customer service and office/administrative experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and keyboard proficient, with experience using Microsoft Office and working in primarily paperless environments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize shifting demands, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a professional, empathetic approach to working with customers and internal teams.
