We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Forklift Operator and Material Handler who possesses strong computer skills. . In this hybrid role, you will spend your moving materials within the warehouse and digital inventory counting.

The ideal candidate does not just move pallets safely—they also serve as a key gatekeeper for our data accuracy by tracking stock changes directly in Microsoft Excel.

Job Details

• Salary: $18.00 an hour
• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift and Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts safely to load, unload, and stage warehouse materials.
• Material Handling: Move raw materials to production areas and organize finished goods for outbound shipping.
• Inventory Tracking: Perform regular physical cycle counts and verify physical stock against paperwork.
• Excel Data Entry: Maintain and update master inventory tracking spreadsheets daily with exact quantities and locations.
• Documentation: Reconcile incoming bills of lading and shipping receipts against Excel purchase logs.
• Warehouse Safety: Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and keep driving aisles clean and organized.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Computer Skills: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (accurate data entry, simple formulas, spreadsheet navigation).
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional ability to spot discrepancies between physical counts and digital records.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• License: Forklift Certification is a plus, but not required.
