Location: New Berlin, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $19/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to specifications and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
