Production Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring Production Associates to join our client's team in Burlington/Oakville.

This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for positive, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who work well in a team environment and are comfortable with physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packaging, and general production tasks
• Handle and organize materials efficiently
• Assist with inventory and warehouse activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced recycling environment.
• Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting.
• Ability to carry, push, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature changes, noise, and dust.
• Continuous use of hands and wrists for sorting and handling materials.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, recycling, or general labor experience is an asset.
• Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks
• Ability to read and write English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and write English.
